(PSG, Inc.) creates a pleasant environment for a contruction experience unique to the construction industry.  PSG, Inc. functions as an extension of our business partner’s staff, to provide the “constructability” analysis, estimating, and scheduling needs of its development programs.  Through this approach, we’ve gained the confidence and trust of our business partners.

This unconventional approach to construction services enables us to secure new work through client relationships that have been nurtured over time.  It is through these existing relationships that we routinely gain repeat business and referrals to new clients. Over 70% of our projects are for repeat clients.

  • We will participate in the development of the project criteria, coordination of an approved site/master plan concept, preconstruction cost evaluation, and scheduling support.
