Clayton Call Center

This project was a complete Design-build renovation of the Call Center. The original building exterior was enhancements with Hardi-plank siding, stucco, stone elements. A new EPDM roof, new RTUs were installed, along with the addition of a 2,400 sf covered patio area. The existing mechanical yard was completely screened a 10′ tall stacked stone wall, and a full landscaping upgrade was installed around the building perimeter. The 40,000 sf interior was completely demolished and renovated in 4 phases, allowing the call center to remain in operation during construction. The interior renovation included the addition of a gym, showers, restrooms, breakroom, various conference rooms, and offices.
