When General Contracting is a client’s preferred delivery method, PSG Inc. typically joins the project team at the conclusion of the design phase, providing our clients with a traditional design-bid-build approach for their construction. When PSG Inc. is selected as a client’s General Contractor, it is because of our time proven reputation for quality project delivery. As the general contractor, we continuously monitor the project’s progress in relation to the schedule, budget, and design intent.

General contracting responsibilities include:
